Make money with blogs
So, now you’ve got your first blog set up, what are you going to do with it?
It seems almost everyone these days wants to make some money out of blogs! Whether you’re looking for a little extra income or want to go the whole hog and try and make a career out of blogging, here’s a few tips to get you started as to how you can monetize your blog.
But before that, here’s a bit of general advice on which your blog will stand or fall. Rule number one for any website of blog is – CREATE GREAT UNIQUE CONTENT – make your site interesting and worthwhile or people simply won’t visit! Why would they if there’s nothing of interest on your site?
Once you’ve done that you can;
- add pay-per-click advertising like Google’s AdSense
- join affiliate networks like Affiliate Future, Shareasale.com or LinkShare.com
- sell advertising space to businesses within your field or locality
- create Ebooks and market them through Clickbank
- sell other peoples digital products such as How To Build A Money Making Blog or Make Money Online or a selection of the many other thousands available on Clickbank
- lookout for other companies’ individual programs not run through the networks like Fotolia, AllPosters.com, The Tapas Lunch Company or Moneybookers
- write product reviews either for money or free stuff
- offer services or consultancy in your field of expertise
- sell text links through companies like AdBeans
